IBL is an intercity fixed route passenger carrier, providing service from the Mexican borders at, Tijuana, B.C. and Mexicali, B.C. to San Ysidro, Ca., Santa Ana, Ca., East Los Angeles, Ca., Los Angeles, Ca., Oxnard, Ca., San Fernando, Ca., Bakersfield, Ca., Fresno, Ca., Stockton, Ca., Sacramento, Ca., Salinas, Ca., San Jose, Ca., and numerous intermediate points. IBL, relies on a fleet of 14 intercity coaches, in addition to a large maintenance facility and administrative offices located at, Los Angeles, Ca. Staffing consists of approximately 70 employees, to include, qualified drivers, qualified mechanics, secretarial staff, dispatchers and supervisors.

Our location at San Ysidro, Ca., operates ten (10) northbound schedules Monday thru Thursday and eleven (11) schedules Friday thru Sunday, Transporting an average of eight hundred (800) passengers per day. Hours of operation are from 4:00 am to 8:30 pm., daily.
